Fast Forward Terms and Conditions
(the fine print)

The following are the terms and conditions for use of Fast
Forward ("fastforwardremail.com") ("Fast Forward Systems") ("Provider") ("We") ("Us") including, without limitation, mail receiving, storage,
scanning, forwarding, re-mail, management, and other services
("Services") ("Membership") which may be offered from time to time by Provider to authorized users ("Members")
("You").
Provider may update the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") without notice.
Member may
access the most recent version of the Terms at any time by bookmarking this
page.
Any questions or
concerns regarding these terms or any other aspect of our Services should be
directed to our Customer support team.
1. Compliance

These Conditions govern your use of the Services and this Website.
Provider reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice
to you, to change these Conditions in their sole and absolute
discretion, effective upon the posting of an updated version of these
Conditions on this Website. By continuing to use the Services, you
agree to be bound by the modifications or amendments to these
Conditions, including any materials available on the Website that are
incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to our
privacy policy. If any change is found to be invalid, void, or for any
reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the
validity and enforceability of any other changes or the remainder of
these terms and conditions. The most current version of the
Conditions, which supersedes prior versions, can be reviewed by
clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" link on this Website.
3. Address
Service for Receiving
Mail and Packages - We will provide a
street address for your
use during the term of
membership. You
may direct mailers to
send the following
types of mail to you at
this address.
You must execute United
States Postal Service
("USPS") Form 1583,
located at the link
provided on our
application page at
this site and return
the original to us
within 30 days of
opening an account. We
are unable to allow you
to receive mail unless
you have delivered the
original of this form
to
our office, no
exceptions.
Along with this form
you must also include
copies of proper
identifications, used
in the execution of
this form, for yourself
and every other person
using your account.
Mail
- Letters or packages from any
carrier or by any mode of
delivery ("Mail").
Restricted Delivery Mail
- Member is required to sign
box 5 on USPS 1583 form and
Provider will accept restricted
delivery Mail for the Member.
Provider does not guarantee
acceptance of
restricted delivery or
registered Mail or packages
arriving at your assigned
address outside normal business
hours which are posted on this
site.
Parcels - We will accept parcels
on your behalf and store them up
to 90 days, see price list on
this site for cost.
COD Mail
- We will accept cash on delivery
(COD) or postage due Mail on your
behalf and post the cost to your
postage deposit account.
You agree to keep sufficient
funds in your postage deposit
account to handle any and all
costs incurred on your behalf.
4. Mail Storage
and Re-mailing
(Forwarding) - After
we receive your mail, or
parcels, we may sort it and
store it in a container
referenced by your
unique Private Mail Box
(PMB) number.
When you provide us
with a forwarding
request, we may gather the
contents of that
container, repackage
your mail and parcels,
and mail them to you at
the address you
provide to us.
If at any time there
are not sufficient
funds in your Postage
Deposit Account, your
mail may no longer be
forwarded. If we,
in our sole discretion,
decide to forward your
mail to you, and there
is not sufficient funds
in your Postage Deposit
account, you hereby
agree to pay all costs
associated with this
action including, but
not limited to,
postage, handling,
credit fees, overdraft
fees and late payment
fees.
Junk or Undeliverable Mail -
You hereby grant us full
authority to open, inspect, and
dispose of as we see fit, any
mail which, in our sole
discretion, is "junk" mail
and any mail which, in our sole
discretion, is undeliverable.
You acknowledge we may decline
to deliver any Mail that, in
our sole discretion, we deem to
be obscene, an incitement to
hate or violence, or contrary
to law. You hereby waive
any rights, and release and
hold us harmless from any
claims in respect of such
Mail. If
you do not wish us to open mail
or parcels, you may inform us
of your wishes by providing
your request in written form
and paying any additional costs
or fees incurred as a result of
this action.
Repackaging Mail- You
hereby grant us full authority
to open, inspect and repack
mail and parcel contents in
order to lower the cost of
re-shipment, or in order to
determine contents to declare
to re-shipment carrier.
You hereby waive any rights,
and release and hold us
harmless from any claims in
respect of such Mail.
If you do not wish us to open
mail or parcels, you may inform
us of your wishes by providing
your request in written form
and paying any additional costs
or fees incurred as a result of
this action.
Responsibility -
All re-shipped Mail is
considered to be delivered by
us, and all of our
responsibilities with respect
to it terminated, as soon as it
is placed in the care of the
USPS or another carrier. Once Mail has been
placed in the care of the USPS
or other carrier for re-shipment as
requested by you, we are not
responsible for your Mail, its
arrival, or the speed of its
delivery. You expressly release
us from all further
responsibility or liability
with respect to re-shipped Mail.
You also agree that we are not
responsible for Mail that is
subject to a change-of-address
(COA) order with the U.S.
Postal Service unless you have
separately ordered and paid for
our Change of Address
(COA) Service. We are not
responsible for the U.S. Postal Service(s) compliance (or
non-compliance) with your COA
request.
Undeliverable
Mail
- If, for any reason,
we are unable to determine the
proper recipient of a given piece of Mail, we reserve the right to
open the item and attempt to
determine the intended recipient or
sender. If, after opening the item,
we remain unable to deliver it to
its intended recipient or return it
to its sender, we may dispose of
the item without compensation to
anyone claiming to have been the
owner. You hereby waive any rights,
and release and hold us harmless
from any claims in respect to such
Mail.
Cash and Checks
- You agree that we are not
responsible for cash or checks
delivered to us or for any monetary
instruments once they have been
placed into the care of a
third-party carrier. You
acknowledge that you and your
senders send cash and checks
through the Mail or via carriers at
your and their own risk, and you
solely assume that risk.
International Forwarding
- If you request forwarding of Mail
or Parcels across international borders, you
acknowledge that compliance with
international laws and treaties
requires us to open and inspect all
packages and all letters that might
contain something other than
documents before forwarding such
items to another country, and you
grant us your consent to open any
such packages delivered to us in
your name. Packages that cannot, in
our sole discretion, be shipped
without violation of international
laws or treaties may not be
shipped outside the country in
which we received them. For such
packages, we are not responsible
for taking any action other than
holding the package, at your
expense, until you should request
it forwarded to an address in the
country in which we received it.
This consent applies also to
any shipment that we determine
to be of a high risk of fraud.
Restricted Countries
- We reserve the right to deny
service to any person, in any
country, at any time that we,
through our own sole discretion,
determine that there is a high
likelihood of fraud, or for any
reason. You hereby agree
to pay us in full for all
services not provided.
5. Your
Fast Forward
Address
Availability of Address
- We will provide you with a
mailing address at which you
will receive Mail using the
Services. You acknowledge that
we are not liable for changes
in the availability of the
Address, and your sole recourse
other than termination is to
notify mailers that your
mailing address has changed to
a different Remote Address.
Representation of Address
-
Any
time that you list your Fast
Forward address, you agree to
include your box number on the
address. You agree that in
communicating with potential
correspondents regarding your
Address you will not modify or
alter the format of the
Address, including but not
limited to not omitting the box
(PMB) number (ex. #123). You agree
that we have no responsibility
or liability for Mail that is
not properly addressed
according to the format we
provide, to USPS
specifications, or consistent
with these Terms. You agree
that if we notify you that
certain mailers are using an
incorrect format for the
mailing address, you will ask such mailers to
update their address
information, in a timely manner. In the event that
an unreasonably high percentage
of your Mail is improperly
addressed to you at your Fast
Forward
Address, we reserve the right
to suspend or terminate your
account. You also agree not to
represent or misleadingly
suggest by any method,
including but not limited to
placement on a website of
photos purporting to depict
your place of business at a
Remote Address or by any
invitation to anyone to visit
your Address, that your Address
is a physical address at which
third parties can find you or
that third parties may
physically visit. This
determination will be made by
Fast Forward, in our sole
discretion. You agree not to
publish, or to use
a
Fast Forward Address
for any reason whatsoever, if you
are not current in your
payments to us. Breach
of any part of this agreement
may result in termination of
your account without refund.
Access to Address Property -
You agree that your use of any
address or any of the Services
offered by Fast Forward does
not give you any rights to any real or personal property described by that
address including, but not
limited to, residence,
domicile, possession,
encumbrance, occupation,
tenancy, egress, ingress, or
trespass and that your sole
option other than termination
is to instruct us to forward
your mail, using our Services
to your current Remote Address.
6. Mail
Services
Scanning
- You may authorize us to scan the
contents of your Mail.
You acknowledge we may
decline to scan the contents of
Mail that, in our sole
discretion,
we deem to be
obscene, an incitement to hate
or violence, or contrary to
law.
We will scan the envelopes
in your mail container and
email those scans to you.
After receiving the scans,
you
may direct us to
perform the following actions:

Forward Mail to an address you
specify,
-
Open and scan the
internal contents of the Mail
envelope,
-
Shred and recycle
the Mail envelope and its
contents.
Mail
Assignment
- You acknowledge that we
deliver Mail to accounts; we do
not warrant that Mail shall
never be mistakenly delivered to
another account and you
acknowledge that in such cases
we are not liable to the
intended recipient and will
make our best efforts to notify
both the intended recipient and
the unintended recipient
immediately upon discovery of
any error, and to remove any
charges for the
item from the unintended
recipient's account.
Unauthorized Mail
- In the event, however
unlikely, that Mail content
belonging to a user outside of
your account appears in your
account, you agree not to
request any action with respect
to such Mail piece, and to
immediately notify our customer
service department at the
contact information on the
website. You further
agree not to view, read, copy,
print, or otherwise distribute
information on or within a
piece of unauthorized Mail. You
agree that violation of these
terms may expose you to legal
liability, both criminal and
civil, and monetary damages, as
well as termination of your
account.
7. Term
of Service
- The Initial Term
of Service will be the
selection you make when creating a
new account, starting on the last
day of the previous month of the date
you order the Services to begin on the
application form. Subsequent
renewals will extend the
Services for the amount of
time that you select in your
renewal instructions. When the Initial
Term (or subsequent Renewal Terms) expires,
Fast Forward may
hold your mailbox for six months
and place your account in an
inactive ex-member status.
After six month inactivity,
your account may be
terminated, at our sole
discretion, with or without
notice.
8. Pricing
- We provide the Services under
these Terms pursuant to prices
published on this Website, which is
incorporated into these Terms
by reference. You hereby
subscribe to Services under
the pricing plan chosen by
you. You acknowledge that you
have access to a schedule
detailing the fees applicable
to all Services. All fees
charged pursuant to these
Terms are subject to change
by us, without notice. You
agree to pay all plan fees,
scanning fees, forwarding
postage and handling fees,
including charges incurred by
any persons listed as users on your
account.
9. Payments
Any and all
payments made to Fast
Forward, including payments
for Services to be
performed in the future
("prepayments"), are
nonrefundable, except for those
designated, by our sole
discretion, to be
refundable or a part of
your Postage Deposit
Account.
We accept the following
forms of payment.
Cash, Mastercard, Visa,
Discover, Paypal, Western
Union, Money Order and
Business or Personal Check.
Each time that you remit
via Business or Personal
Check, you will be eligible
to receive one free night
stay at any lodging
controlled or marketed by
Fast Forward Lifestyle LLC
subject to terms and
conditions of that lodging
or Fast Forward Lifestyle.
Postage Deposit Account -
The following Membership
classes require you to fund
and maintain a Postage
Deposit Account.
- Standard (3 year)
Membership
- Annual membership
- 6 Month membership
- 3 year membership
This account is used to pay
for any postage and
handling fees that are
incurred by you, or on your
behalf, while using these
Services. All amounts
made as payments to Fast
Forward may be applied
first to the balance of
your Postage Deposit
Account in order to
maintain sufficient funds
in the account to cover the
costs of forwarding your
mail, and, or packages.
Any remaining funds may be
applied towards the longest
Membership class as those
funds will allow. By using the
Services, you are expressly
agreeing that we are permitted to
immediately bill your Postage Deposit
Account for any and all
charges associated with the pricing
plan you select and any applicable
shipping costs, customs duties,
additional usage fees, and any
other charges you may incur in
connection with your use of the
Services, including, but not
limited to, banking fees, late
payment fees, postage deposit
overdraft fees, and special
handling fees. We may change the fees
and charges in effect or add new
fees and charges without prior
notice. We reserve the right
to, and you hereby consent
and agree to, limit service to
your account in the event
that the amount in your Postage
Deposit Account becomes
insufficient to cover
re-mailing costs, or
if your membership term
lapses for a period of 30
days without renewal or
termination.
In the event that the
membership class selected
by you does not require the
establishment of a Postage
Deposit Account and your
use of our Services creates
a balance due that would
normally be paid from a
Postage Deposit Account,
you hereby accept and agree
that you will remit
additional funds in a
timely manner in order to
compensate us for these
additional Services.
Or, you hereby instruct us,
with or without notice,
to adjust the term of
service, or future refund
amounts, on your selected
Membership class in order
to pay this balance in
full.
Place a Credit
(or Debit) Card on File -
In order to provide you with
best continuity of service,
Fast Forward offers you the
option of placing a credit
(or debit) card ("Bankcard")
on file. If you select
this option, you hereby
accept and agree that if the
credit card information that
you place on file with us is
found to be inaccurate in any
way, thus limiting our
ability to collect funds,
we may limit service to
your Fast Forward account;
that you hereby release us
from any liability of
identity fraud or Bankcard
fraud which may occur, unless
charges involved in that
fraud are found to have been
deposited directly from your
Bankcard to our
merchant account, and you
authorize us to automatically
charge your bankcard, without
notice, for the following. - Standard Postage
deposit refill, usually
$100.00, whenever your
postage deposit fund drops
below a balance of $30.00. - Automatic
renewal of your membership
using the same previously
selected Membership class, whenever your time remaining
on membership is less than 60
days.
Refunds -
To obtain a refund, you
must notify Fast Forward
within 20-days of your
original purchase date. A
$25.00 fee will be charged
for all refunds made within
20 days of the purchase.
After 20 days, a refund
will only be issued for
balances remaining in your
Postage Deposit Account.
You hereby
accept and agree that
any and all monies
which may be refunded
to you will be done so
only as a credit on
either a credit card,
or debit card bearing
your name and correct,
and current legal
address.
10.
Termination by Us
- You agree that we may, at our
sole discretion, cancel the
Services and terminate these
Terms for any cause, at any
time and without notice, and that
we are not obligated to refund
any payments already made by you,
including payments for Services
to be performed in the future.
You agree that for purposes of
these Terms the actions or
failure to act of any user of
your account will be attributed
to you. Causes shall
include, but not be
limited to:

Your failure to
correctly complete
and send to us an original
USPS Form 1583
within 30 days of
account activation;
-
Your failure to
provide us or any
inability to
validate correct and
accurate
identification and
contact information
for you, or any
person listed on
your account;
- Your failure
to cooperate or
provide information
in connection with
any investigation
undertaken by local,
state, or federal
authorities, or
other governmental
agency;
-
Your failure to
renew your
membership in a
timely manner; - Your failure
to provide postage
deposit funds so
that mail may be
re-shipped to you;
-
Our determination
that the payment
mechanism provided
by you is likely
being used in a
fraudulent manner;
-
Our determination
that you are using,
or intending to use
our services in a
fraudulent manner;
-
Your
behavior towards our
employees or other
customers is
offensive, abusive,
violent, threatening
or disruptive; or - Your
violation of any
provision of these
Terms.
11. Termination by You
- You may terminate your account at any time by notifying
us, in writing, of
your intentions.
If you fail to renew
and pay for your new
account term, or if
your postage deposit
balance becomes
insufficient to
cover the costs
of re-mail, with or without
notice, you hereby
agree and confirm that
is the same as
notifying us of
your desire to
terminate your
account. In any
case, you agree to
remit and pay for all
charges for any service
provided after
termination.
12. Services After Termination
-
In your termination request, please make one of the
following choices.
TERMINATE ALL
SERVICE - After
termination
takes place, we
will cancel all
pending
Services and
delete the
corresponding
service
requests from
your account.
If you make
this selection,
we will mail
one time to the
last active
address on your
account and any
mail that
arrives for you
in the future
will be deemed
to be
undeliverable
Mail.
Standard costs
and fees will
apply.
FORWARD MAIL FOR SIX
MONTHS - If you elect for us to
forward mail when closing your account, you hereby instruct us to look in
your container once per
month for the next six
months, and ship your Mail,
except junk mail, via
economy
service to the last active address on your account. You agree keep us
informed of your active
address and also to pay
for Post Termination
Forwarding Service at
the rate published on
this site and, in
addition, to maintain a
balance in your Postage
Deposit Account
sufficient to cover the
costs of forwarding
said mail.
Postage Deposit Account
- Six months
after the date that our
Services to you are
terminated, you may
contact us and request
a refund of any monies
remaining in your
Postage Deposit
Account. You hereby
accept and agree that
any and all monies
which may be refunded
to you will be done so
only as a credit on
either a credit card,
or debit card bearing
your name and correct,
and current legal
address.
We may not forward any mail once six months have passed from the date of
account termination. Any mail sent to your account after this date shall be
deemed to be undeliverable Mail. If you do not elect for us to forward mail, any mail that is currently in
your account container or that arrives addressed to you in the future may be
classified as undeliverable and non-returnable Mail, and may be destroyed.
You waive and release us from compliance with any obligation to forward or
re-mail Mail received after your account has been terminated and
specifically agree that we have no obligation to forward or re-mail Mail
to you except as expressly stated in these Terms. You also
acknowledge that USPS regulations prohibit you from filing a change of
address form with the USPS after termination, and that you are prohibited
from requesting that we refuse Mail or return it to sender. You also agree
that Fast Forward has no obligation to retain any customer data after
termination unless you have selected and paid for Post Termination Mail
Forwarding or Change of
Address Services in
your termination
request.
13. Customer Returned
Mail
- If you refuse any Mail or shipment or fail to accept any Mail
or shipment forwarded from us,
regardless of the
reason, you hereby
confirm and agree that
you will bear
any costs of return shipping and re-processing of the Mail and you hereby
instruct us to charge
your Postage Deposit
Account an amount
sufficient to pay for
those charges.
14. License -
Fast Forward hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
worldwide right to use the Services, solely for your own internal business
purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you
are reserved by Fast Forward. You shall not (i) license, sublicense,
sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially
exploit or make available to any third party the Services in any way; (ii)
modify or make derivative works based upon the Service; or (iii) reverse
engineer or access the Services, without prior written consent of Fast
Forward.
15. Fraud - You agree
not to use the Services for any criminal or illegal purpose. In the event,
we, in our sole discretion, suspect that you are using the Services for
any criminal or illegal purpose, or your contact information or payment
method is fraudulent, or if you are attempting to cause us to ship goods
to countries that prohibit such shipments or to which the shipment of such
goods from the U.S. is unlawful, then we, in our sole discretion, reserve
the right to immediately terminate your account without refund and turn
all related information over to the USPS Office of the Postal Inspector,
the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation, the applicable State Attorney
General or Embassy with jurisdiction, or any other local and national law
enforcement authorities.
